Phone uses the iPhone's motion sensors. Face uses the front camera to follow your head while the phone stands facing you. If the space turns the wrong way, set Turn direction to Reversed.
Anchored keeps screens fixed in space. Follow lets them drift back in front of you when you turn away. Locked pins them to your view. Swipe empty space to look around. With glasses, set field of view to about 40° so the space turns at the same speed as your head.
On iPhone 15 or newer, plug USB-C AR glasses in and they mirror this screen. Safari can't read the glasses' own motion sensors, so Glasses mode follows your head with the front camera instead. Stand the phone sideways on a desk or stand, front camera facing you, about an arm's length away.
